This Holiday Coke espresso martini is a fun and easy twist on the classic cocktail, made right in the can and topped with a boozy eggnog cold foam. Perfect for serving at your Christmas party.

I love serving open can cocktails at get-togethers and parties because of how easy they make serving cocktails to a crowd.
Last year, my Christmas punch in a can was such a huge hit, I knew I had to top it this holiday with something different. Most of my crew is still on an espresso martini kick, so I decided to make one using the incredibly delicious seasonal creamy Vanilla Coke.
If you’re unfamiliar, Coca-cola and coffee make an excellent pairing. The bitterness of coffee cuts down on the sweetness of the soda, creating a balanced beverage. It’s absolutely perfect for an espresso martini – no simple syrup needed!
To really bring home the holiday flavor, I top it off with a creamy, rum infused eggnog cold foam. I guarantee Santa will be asking for one of these instead of milk with his cookies this year!
Ingredients

- Coke – I used the “Holiday Creamy Vanilla” Coca-cola, but you can use the original version or even cherry coke.
- Vodka – I like vanilla vodka. Plain or whipped cream flavor both make good substitutes.
- Coffee – I use cold brew to make this because it is easy to batch, but you can pull espresso shots if you’d prefer.
- Eggnog – Any brand of dairy-based eggnog should work for the cold foam.
- Rum – Use your favorite dark rum.
- Garnish (optional) – Coffee beans and a maraschino cherry.
Tips
- Set up a DIY bar at your party with all the ingredients and a copy of the recipe so guests can assemble their own cocktail.
- Add .25oz of the juice from a maraschino cherry jar to make these cherry-vanilla flavored.
