We had some friends over for the super bowl a few weeks ago and served an assortment of “game time” recipes. These Buffalo Spiced Nuts were a huge hit.
They’re spicy, but not so spicy that your taste buds can’t relax a little and enjoy the flavor. Feel free to use whatever mix of nuts you’d like. You can even stick to one kind if you don’t like to mix your nuts.
I got crazy and used a wide variety of nuts in mine, but if I made it again I would probably make a pistachio only version because we just can’t get enough of those.
For more ways to use up the bottle of hot sauce try this cheese-stuffed grilled buffalo chicken or these crispy buffalo chicken tenders.

Sounds awesome, definitely going to try this one…. probably cashews for starters or cashew and pistachio mix, hmm ?

That sounds great, Wayne! I think I’m going to make up another batch of these soon, heavy on the pistachios. 😉
