Cherry coke and espresso come together to make one of the most unconventional, yet exceptionally delicious iced coffee drinks you’ve ever had. Top with vanilla cold foam for the ultimate indulgence.

I’m always looking for new ways to spice up my afternoon iced coffee and this summer my obsession is cherry coke coffee.
I make it with maraschino cherry syrup, cherry coke, and espresso. If that doesn’t sound like enough – it’s topped off with a super thick vanilla bean cold foam.
The result is a fun, fruity, sweet, creamy, and bubbly caffienated drink! Sort of like a dirty soda – but make it a coffee.

Recently, I hosted a brunch where I made a frozen version with cherry coke and cold brew in the Ninja Slushi machine. It was a huge hit! I’m including those measurements in the recipe notes.

Ingredients

- Coffee – I prefer espresso, but a bold cold brew works well too.
- Soda – I use cherry coke, but you can use the OG Coca-cola or Vanilla Coke.
- Syrup – Utilize the cherry syrup from a jar of maraschino cherries, or you can buy a bottle of cherry syrup.
- Cold foam – I make this with vanilla bean syrup and heavy cream.
Tips
- You don’t need any special tools to make the cold foam. I prefer to shake mine in a mason jar with a lid until it’s thick. Some people like to use a handheld frother.
- Get creative with syrups and flavor combinations. Use some lime syrup for a cherry lime coffee. Orange and lemon are also delicious.
