Ingredients
Cherry Coke Coffee
- 1 ounce Maraschino cherry syrup
- 4 ounces Cherry coke
- 2 ounces Espresso
Vanilla Bean Cold Foam
- 4 tablespoons Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla bean syrup
Instructions
- Fill a pint glass about halfway with ice.
- Add the maraschino cherry syrup, the cherry coke, and top with the espresso. I recommend gently stirring with a bar spoon to combine.
- Add the cold foam ingredients to a mason jar and seal with a lid, then shake for 20-30 seconds until thick. Alternatively, froth the ingredients with a handheld frother until the desired thickness has been reached.
- Slowly pour the cold foam over the top of the iced coffee. Top with a cherry, if desired, and enjoy!
