Rainbow Paradise Cocktail

A tropical flavored layered cocktail made with coconut rum.

A hurricane glass filled with a red layer at the bottom, yellow in the middle, and blue on top. Garnished with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 1 oz grenadine
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • .5 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz water

Instructions

  • Add the grenadine to the bottom of a hurricane glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Add the pineapple juice and coconut rum to a cocktail shaker. Shake, then very slowly pour over the top of the ice.
  • In a separate glass, add the blue curacao and water together and stir to combine. Slowly pour over the top of the ice.
  • Garnish your cocktail as desired and enjoy!
