Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
- 2-4 pieces of bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix and toss to make sure the peanuts are evenly coated.
- Place the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Make sure the nuts are arranged into a single layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then stir. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes, allowing the spice to firmly adhere to the nuts. Put in a bowl and mix in bacon pieces. Store in an airtight container.
