Coconut Matcha Cloud

An iced matcha drink made with coconut water and matcha cold foam.

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 6 ounces Coconut Water
  • 1/3 cup Heavy cream or Coconut Milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons Matcha

Instructions

  • Fill a highball glass halfway with ice.
  • Add the coconut water.
  • Add matcha and cream of choice to a separate glass and froth with a milk frother until thick and creamy, or add to a mason jar with a lid and vigorously shake until desired consistency is reached (about 30 - 40 seconds).
  • Pour matcha cold foam over the top of coconut water.
