A tin of potato chips, a glass caviar chiller with ice on the bottom and caviar on top, and a plate of potato chips with a jar of creme fraiche topped with sliced green onions.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz caviar
  • 8 oz potato chips
  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche
  • 1/8 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Place caviar tin in a small bowl of ice or use a caviar chiller.
  • Add creme fraiche to a small jar and place sliced green onions on top.
  • Place jar on a large plate or platter and arrange potato chips around it.
  • Serve and enjoy immediately, changing out ice as needed to keep the caviar chilled.
