Iced Caramel Macchiato Recipe

This copycat recipe for the iced caramel macchiato tastes just like Starbucks! Now you can make the vanilla-caramel flavored coffee drink any time you want.
A pint glass is lined with caramel sauce and filled 1/3 of the way with milk and the rest with espresso. A bag of coffee beans and a bottle of caramel sauce are out of focus in the background.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Vanilla Syrup, (three pumps)
  • 8 ounces Milk
  • Ice
  • 2 Shots Espresso, (or about 1/4 cup coffee)
  • 1 Tablespoon Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  • Add vanilla syrup to the bottom of a 16 oz cup. Add the milk and stir to combine.
  • Add ice, leaving about 2" of room in the cup. Slowly pour the espresso over the top.
  • Drizzle caramel over the top in a cross-hatch pattern.
