Ingredients
- 5 Mint leaves, plus sprig for garnish
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1 1/2 oz Rum
- 1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
- Ice
- Club Soda
- Lime wheel, optional garnish
Instructions
- Add mint leaves and simple syrup to a highball glass. Muddle them together (no more than six gentle turns and presses with the muddler).
- Add the lime juice, rum, and blue curaçao. Stir.
- Add ice, then top off with club soda. Gently stir.
- Garnish and enjoy!
