2 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
2–4 pieces of bacon (cooked & crumbled)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Sugar
1 Tablespoon of melted butter
Preheat oven to 250°F.
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix and toss to make sure the peanuts are evenly coated.
Place the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Make sure the nuts are arranged into a single layer.
Bake for 15 minutes, then stir. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
Cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes, allowing the spice to firmly adhere to the nuts. Put in a bowl and mix in bacon pieces. Store in an airtight container.
