3 oz Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons Cane Sugar
1.5 oz Cachaça
2 Shots of Espresso (or 1/4 cup strong coffee)
Add lime juice, cane sugar, and Cachaça to a pint glass. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add ice then slowly pour the espresso over the top. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
