I spend a lot of my time online and often come across cool food news and products that I want to share with you.
To do that efficiently and effectively, I have decided to write a”First Friday Finds” post. On the first Friday of every month, I’ll bring you a curated list of the most awesome foodie things from across the web.
This month we’re kicking it off with a beer any 90’s kid would want…
Captain Crunch Beer
Sommerville Brewery is making beer that is brewed with Cap’n Crunch Berries.
I can’t wait to get my hands on some and sip it while watching Saturday morning cartoons!
Unfortunately, the brewery says the beer will only be available in a few select stores. If you live near Massachusetts, I would head to their taproom ASAP and try to get my hands on a few cans.
Cheeseburger Beach Towel
Beach season is practically here already.
I love having a fun towel to bring with me to the beach. Since my $100 bill towel is starting to wear out, I was on the hunt for a new one and came across this amazing cheeseburger. The fact that it is GIANT makes it even better.
Stranger Things Eleven Refridgerator Magnets
For some reason, we never have enough refrigerator magnets. I wanted to find some that had a little personality and came across this awesome Stranger Things Eleven set. Once I saw the Eggo Waffles, I was sold.
Need the Eleven Magnet set for your fridge? You can buy it on Etsy.

Floating Noodles have absolutely taken over my Instagram feed.
If you haven’t heard of them yet, floating noodles are a trend that originated in Singapore. There, people are lining up for over an hour to get them.
Neptune’s Raw Bar in Artesia, CA is the first place to bring them to America. Head there if you want to see the magic in person.
Cinco de Mayo is coming up and I know your ears want to get in on the fiesta!
The designer, Christine Schmidt, makes adorable mismatched earring sets. I have purchased the Unicorn/Rainbow pair for Janette before.
This taco/hot sauce earring set is perfect for any foodie friend or Taco Tuesday lover out there.
We don’t need to “taco” bout how much you need these, just order on Uncommon Goods.
